COMPUTER LAW



BMH advises companies that order or implement computer management or communications systems at the national and international level.

BMH analyses the impact of European community regulations on the rules of civil law, commercial law, consumer law and intellectual property law, which all relate to computer law.

BMH accompanies the user companies or service providers (SSII — Computer services firms) throughout the negotiating and contracting phases, as well as the implementation of the information systems (software and hardware) built around enterprise resource planning software (ERP).

BMH participates in the project development of vendor sites on the Internet or the installation of new e-business tools (CRM, E-procurement, Supply chain management).

BMH assists its clients in managing disputes (expertise, mediation, litigation) related to the international transfer of technology, of data, objects, protected information, and their unlawful use (copyright infringement, cybersquatting, etc.).
