COMMERCIAL LAW

With a general practice in commercial law and a good understanding of a variety of economic sectors, BMH apprehends many legal issues related to the daily business of companies on the French, European and international markets.

BMH participates in the elaboration of contract policy for French private or public companies, European firms, and multinational groups (German law, English Law, Luxemburg law, and foreign laws) in association with European and international correspondent law firms, such in London.

On the strength of its multicultural approach, BMH accompanies foreign firms, particularly German ones, wishing to establish themselves or expand in France.

BMH assists the company, while creating the tax and legal structure of the firm, in establishing its general terms of sale, its distribution network price policy, and in the closing of public and private contracts.

From in-house organization to sales support and implementation on a given market, BMH advises the company at all stages of its business activity.

BMH participates, on an in-house basis, in the implementation and monitoring of human resources management policy.

Finally, BMH is able to integrate aspects of criminal law into its commercial law based strategies.
