TRANSPORT/TOURISM AND LEISURE



Through its know-how and multidisciplinary approach that combines private and public commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property law, and information technology law, BMH intervenes in many service industry sectors: from air, rail, and road transport to leisure and tourism based services (hotel and catering, travel agencies, theme parks).

BMH participates in the development of new economic activities, innovative concepts and products, and computer applications specifically designed for the service industries

BMH draws up the contracts related to the operation and the marketing of databases (subscription contracts); verifies that the company complies with regulations concerning personal data protection.

BMH handles the legal engineering of peripheral automobile industry services (maintenance points, technical controls, certification, and insurance statements).

BMH intervenes in the rail and road transport sectors and provides legal services pertaining to: commercial litigation, the competitive position of the operator on a given market, general terms of sale, the development of commercial activities (networks), the new methods of sale (E-commerce), computer system infrastructures, and the protection of intellectual property rights (trademarks and patents).

BMH accompanies its clients, at the legal level, through all of its major projects (cross-channel liaison service) as well as through the administrative authorizations process in the air transport sector (airport services).
