BMH advises different media sector companies, which include film and television production companies, publishers of art and music books, Internet service providers, graphic artists, photographers, advertisers, journalists and the print media, on all the legal issues related to their activities (co-productions, publishing, mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts, copyright and performance contracts, dealings with performance rights societies, e-commerce).

As media sector companies are by their very nature cross border, BMH analyses the problems linked to the protection levels, which vary according to each European country, and anticipates the diffusion and distribution impact of Works by all means possible. The broadcasting on French territory of a foreign audiovisual work can infringe on an individual's right to privacy, right to forget or moral right, in a different way than in the country of production. BMH accompanies its clients in the search for tailored solutions to avoid these problems.



As language and mentality still constitute, even now, an aspect of misunderstanding, BMH assists its clients through negotiations carried out in different languages and also acts as a translator of mentality and traditions.
