BMH/Compétences juridiques

Mechanical/Defense INDUSTRIES

BMH advises its clients in the mechanical industry, automobile and defence sectors on the negotiation and drawing up of contracts, public or private partnerships, co-contracting, and subcontracting.

BMH represents the legal interface (private/public law, international/European community law) between the contractor and the developer, the integrators and the sub-contractors chosen and referenced to by the manufacturers.

BMH accompanies operators in the industry, automobile and defence sectors (producers, integrators, and manufacturers) both nationally and internationally in project financing, merger and acquisitions operations, absorptions, and the set-up of corporate or joint-venture subsidiaries.

BMH analyses the fiscal effects of total or partial delocalisation of defence or automobile materials production, and of assembly unit construction in the different member states of the European Union (transposition of VAT rates).

BMH represents integrators and sub-contractors before civil and administrative legal jurisdictions, in cases of litigation related to the emergence of breakdowns or accidents (liability, non-conformity), from the monitoring of technical expertise to legal proceedings on the merits.

BMH intervenes in the adjustment of debt or liquidation of the subcontractor(s) of the manufacturer (contract chain management during bankruptcy proceedings).
