BMH/Compétences juridiques

E-COMMERCE

BMH analyses the legal impact of new media and technology on its clients' fields of business (methods, rules, and practices of commercial operators at the national and European Community level) and integrates these changes with the conventional rules of commercial, civil, and competition law.

BMH takes charge of a company's legal support when introducing new technological tools (client management software - CRM- or suppliers —e-procurement-), new business practices (new markets, e-business, vendor sites) and the associated contracts.

BMH defines and sets up, at the request of electronic commerce companies, general terms of on-line sales designed for interfirm (B to B) or consumer (B to C) business relationships.

BMH advises companies when implementing new communications equipment (Intranet, Extranet, Web sites), while taking into account the consequences they could have on their organisation.

BMH assists its clients when implementing new distribution methods for sales of products over the Internet (luxury goods sector).

BMH represents its clients before civil and criminal jurisdictions in the case of suits related to Internet use (intellectual property law, penal law).
