BMH/History



Established in 1988 by Dr. Detlev von Breitenstein, Dr. Martin Hauser and other French and German lawyers who shared the same professional outlook, the firm BMHhas been recognised as an independent law firm with a European vocation.

BMH :

Provides legal advice and assistance for French-German business relationships.
Extends its practice to other European countries.
Specialises in intellectual property, Information Technology law.

Lawyers joining the firm, specialising in corporate law, have strengthened BMH' competence in Mergers and Acquisitions as well as in European and international business law.

Twenty lawyers, including eight partners, currently work at BMH.
